The writers of Kantara 2 have officially begun writing the movie’s script in honor of Ugadi.

The crew has finished R&D, says actor-director Rishab, and writing has just started.
Within minutes of this huge announcement, fans became excited about the film’s release. At a celebration for the film’s 100th day in theaters, actor-director Rishabh Shetty announced the release of Kantara, the prequel.
Rishabh joyfully announced at the occasion of Ugadi.
The second installment will include Urvashi Rautela.
“Kantara,” a Hombale Films production starring Rishab Shetty, was one of the most significant movies of last year in Indian cinema. The film Kantara has been an example of success unlike any other, taking a story from the heart of India and winning the hearts of audiences around the world as well as leaving a footprint on the global stage.
The Kantara movie was released in Kannada and Hindi on September 30 and October 14, respectively. The script was written and directed by Rishab Shetty.
According to its creators, the second installment, which will examine how people interact with nature, will be a precursor rather than a continuation of Kantara. In contrast to Kantara, which had a budget of 16 crores, the sequel will probably be a luxury production.
